  • Wiki system (10 enhancements) -- wikilinks, categories, backlinks, template transclusion, revision diffs, rename redirects, folder ACL, enhanced ToC, print view, ZIP export
  • DLID licensing system -- license management, entitlements, domain activations, ed25519-signed downloads
  • Issue statuses -- required baselines, custom workflow states
  • Org metadata -- per-repo metadata API with deploy fields
  • API token scope editing -- PATCH endpoint + web UI
  • CI infrastructure -- reusable workflows, centralized ci-issue-reporter, MOKOGITEA_TOKEN standardization
  • Dev deploy gate -- dev-first deployment pipeline
