Summary

Allow backup notifications to be sent to all members of selected Joomla user groups, not just manually entered email addresses.

Proposed

  • Add a user group selector field alongside the email field in profile notification settings and component config
  • NotificationSender resolves group members to email addresses at send time
  • Supports both per-profile and global (config.xml) user group selection
