Summary

The default 'offline' payment option exists in component config but there is no implementation. Offline payment needs:

  • Mark subscription as 'pending' on submission
  • Admin notification email for manual approval
  • Admin UI to approve/reject payments
  • Auto-activate subscription on admin approval

Why

Not all organizations accept online payments. Bank transfer, check, and cash payments are common for membership orgs.
