Telegram Service
Cross-post Joomla articles to Telegram channels, groups, or users.
Setup
Default Bot (@MokoWaaSBot)
- Add MokoJoomCross service with type Telegram
- Set mode to Default
- Enter your Chat ID (channel, group, or user)
- Add @MokoWaaSBot to your channel/group as admin
Custom Bot
- Create a bot via @BotFather
- Add MokoJoomCross service with type Telegram
- Set mode to Custom
- Enter your Bot Token and Chat ID
- Add your bot to the target channel/group as admin

Finding Your Chat ID
- Channel: Forward a message from your channel to @userinfobot
- Group: Add @userinfobot to the group temporarily
- User: Send a message to @userinfobot
Channel IDs typically start with -100.

Character Limit
Telegram supports up to 4,096 characters per message.
