feat: hero wrapper uses bg variables, default height 75vh

.hero now uses --hero-bg-image, --hero-bg-repeat, --hero-bg-attachment,
--hero-bg-position, --hero-bg-size CSS variables.
Default min-height changed from 100% to 75vh.
