feat: add template overrides for Community Builder and DPCalendar modules

Add overrides for all installed third-party modules:
- mod_cblogin (login + logout)
- mod_comprofilermoderator
- mod_comprofileronline
- mod_dpcalendar_counter
- mod_dpcalendar_map
- mod_dpcalendar_mini (with sublayouts)
- mod_dpcalendar_upcoming (with scripts)

Sourced from waas.dev site installation for template consistency.
