Summary

  • Fix duplicate component menu — removed redundant Dashboard submenu entry that caused MokoJoomBackup to appear twice in the Joomla admin Components menu
  • Fix INGROUP header — corrected moko-platform → mokoplatform in issue-branch workflow for consistency
  • Workflow templates synced to latest mokoplatform versions

Test plan

  • Verify single menu entry in Components after reinstall
  • Confirm all workflows reference mokoplatform consistently

Remove redundant Dashboard submenu item from component manifest — the
top-level component menu already routes to the dashboard view, causing
the component to appear twice in the Joomla admin menu.

Also syncs .mokogitea workflow templates and manifest to latest platform
versions.
