chore(install): remove update server URL migration and ALTER TABLE

- Remove migrateUpdateServerUrls, cleanupStaleUpdateSites, fixUpdateRecords, enableUpdateServer calls from postflight - Remove ALTER TABLE DEFAULT '' from preflight (caused plugin files to install to wrong directory) - Dead method bodies left in file (harmless, never called)
