Governance

Project Leadership

This repository is maintained by Moko Consulting under a sole operator model.

Decision Making

  • All architectural decisions are made by the lead maintainer.
  • Community feedback is welcome via RFC issues.
  • Breaking changes are documented via ADR issues.

Contribution Policy

  • All changes must go through a pull request (PR).
  • CI checks are mandatory before merge.
  • Direct push to main and dev is restricted to automated workflows.

Code of Conduct

All participants must adhere to our Code of Conduct.

Licensing

All contributions are licensed under the same license as the project (GPL-3.0-or-later unless otherwise stated in the repository root).

Security

Security vulnerabilities should be reported privately. See SECURITY.md for details.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved by the lead maintainer. For escalation, contact info@mokoconsulting.tech.

Changes to Governance

This document may be updated at any time by the lead maintainer. Significant changes will be announced via an RFC issue.
