Summary

Waitlist system for when desired unit types are fully occupied.

Features

  • Waitlist by unit type and facility
  • Position tracking (FIFO)
  • Auto-notification when unit becomes available
  • Configurable hold period (reserve unit for X days after notification)
  • Waitlist-to-lease conversion
  • Waitlist analytics (demand by unit type)

Technical Requirements

  • WaitlistModel — ListModel with facility/type filters
  • WaitlistHelper in plg_system — notification, expiry
  • Site view for public waitlist signup
