Once forge packaging lands, slim npm-auto-release.yml to: TS build + tool inventory + tag/release create (forge attaches zips). Retires the resolve-source-dir composite action (#33) and the two-zip step (#35). Keep npm-publish.yml (build+publish) on runners.

Part of the MokoGIT release-system redesign (all-platforms assessment, 2026-07-18). Hybrid direction: server-side packaging, build/publish stay on runners.
