Description

Execute shell commands (PowerShell, cmd, bash) with intelligent completion detection. Support background execution, timeout, and working directory.

Acceptance Criteria

Execute PowerShell commands by default
Support shell param: pwsh, cmd, bash
Support timeout param (ms)
Support cwd (working directory)
Support background flag for long-running commands
Return stdout, stderr, exit code
Detect hung/interactive prompts
