New: lib/Enterprise/ManifestReader.php — shared manifest.xml parser with typed accessors for platform, package-type, entry-point, source-dir. Updated CLI tools to read manifest.xml: - updates_xml_build.php: supports non-Joomla platforms (dolibarr, generic, mcp) — builds generic updates.xml when no Joomla manifest found - release_package.php: reads entry-point from manifest.xml for source dir resolution instead of hard-coded src/htdocs fallback - pre-release.yml: replaced 75 lines of inline logic with CLI tool calls (manifest_read.php, manifest_element.php, updates_xml_build.php) Closes #163 Authored-by: Moko Consulting Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>	2026-05-26 15:12:13 -05:00
Jonathan Miller	f441a8a51f	fix(updates_xml): restore <client>site</client> for all extension types ... Joomla requires the client tag to match updates to installed extensions. Jonathan Miller	005eb5cf39	fix(updates_xml): treat 'development' and 'dev' as same channel in preservation ... Legacy/manual entries used <tag>development</tag> while the CLI writes <tag>dev</tag>. Without this alias, old entries survived preservation and created duplicate dev channel entries. Jonathan Miller	81351f45fd	fix: updates_xml_build — tag 'dev' not 'development', client for all types ... Two root causes of Joomla updater not finding MokoWaaS updates: 1. stabilityTagToInteger('development') looks for STABILITY_DEVELOPMENT which doesn't exist → defaults to STABLE. Changed to 'dev' which maps to STABILITY_DEV (0). 2. Missing <client> tag defaults to client_id=1 (administrator) in Joomla's ExtensionAdapter. Packages install with client_id=0 (site). Jonathan Miller	1b0d5bd2f3	fix: updates_xml_build uses pkg_ prefix in element tag for packages ... Joomla stores packages as pkg_elementname in #__extensions. The element tag in updates.xml must match for the updater to find the extension. The ZIP filename uses the same prefix (already correct), but the XML element tag was using the stripped name. Was cascading entries for all lower channels on stable release, producing wrong download URLs for non-existent channel releases. Now writes only the entry for the current stability level; the preserve logic retains entries from other channels. Jonathan Miller	bd2799c761	fix: targetplatform regex simplified to avoid Gitea XML parse errors ... The complex regex ((5.[0-9])|(6.[0-9])) caused Gitea's web view to return 500 when rendering the XML. Simplified to (5|6)\..* which is Joomla-compatible and XML-safe. When building a dev release, the CLI was overwriting the entire updates.xml with only the dev entry, wiping the stable channel. Now reads existing entries and preserves channels not being updated. The release tag is 'development' but the CLI was generating download URLs with tag 'dev', causing Joomla update downloads to 404.
