Joomla modules declare their element via the module="mod_foo" attribute on the entry <filename>, not via an <element> tag. Both manifest_element.php and release_package.php were missing this extraction, causing incorrect element names and ZIP filenames for module-type extensions. Added module="..." regex check in the element detection chain for both files, matching what updates_xml_build.php already had. Previously only packages got their prefix re-added after the strip on line 178. - Prefer human-readable name from .mokogitea/manifest.xml <identity><name> when the Joomla manifest <name> is a technical prefixed name (mod_foo). Prevents display names like "Module - mod_mokojoomhero". - Existing "Type - " prefix strip still prevents doubling when the language key already resolves to "Module - MokoJoomHero". Without a null check, the result was written to files as empty content, destroying all XML manifests during the release pipeline. Added null guards to all file_put_contents calls after preg_replace in version_set_platform.php, version_check.php, and version_bump.php. The manifest <files> element must have folder="packages" for Joomla to find them. This fix ensures the attribute is always present, even if version bump tools overwrote it. Root cause: sed-based suffix injection in workflows caused cascading issues — stable releases got -dev in zip names, updates.xml had all channels pointing to -dev versions, version_bump preserved stale suffixes. Now captures the suffix from the source version and re-applies it after incrementing. manifest.xml and README.md remain suffix-free (canonical bare version). Without this alias, old entries survived preservation and created duplicate dev channel entries. Jonathan Miller	81351f45fd	fix: updates_xml_build — tag 'dev' not 'development', client for all types ... Two root causes of Joomla updater not finding MokoWaaS updates: 1. stabilityTagToInteger('development') looks for STABILITY_DEVELOPMENT which doesn't exist → defaults to STABLE. Changed to 'dev' which maps to STABILITY_DEV (0). 2. Missing <client> tag defaults to client_id=1 (administrator) in Joomla's ExtensionAdapter. Packages install with client_id=0 (site).
