Jonathan Miller	1cbdaa0c37	fix(cli): add module= attribute extraction to element detection ... Joomla modules declare their element via the module="mod_foo" attribute on the entry <filename>, not via an <element> tag. Both manifest_element.php and release_package.php were missing this extraction, causing incorrect element names and ZIP filenames for module-type extensions. Added module="..." regex check in the element detection chain for both files, matching what updates_xml_build.php already had. Jonathan Miller	d886a83c9f	fix: auto-add folder=\"packages\" to package manifest during build ... When building Joomla packages, sub-package ZIPs are placed in a packages/ subdirectory. The manifest <files> element must have folder="packages" for Joomla to find them. This fix ensures the attribute is always present, even if version bump tools overwrote it. Jonathan Miller	63a2640254	fix: include top-level directories (language/) in Joomla package ZIP ... release_package.php was only copying *.xml and *.php from the package source root, missing the language/ directory. Joomla install fails with "File does not exist" for package-level language files. Now includes all top-level directories (except packages/) in the package ZIP. New: lib/Enterprise/ManifestReader.php — shared manifest.xml parser with typed accessors for platform, package-type, entry-point, source-dir.
