- Add wiki/ exclusion to all 3 gitignore config templates
  (generic, dolibarr, joomla)
- Add wiki/ to moko-platform's own .gitignore
- Update check_repo_health.php to require wiki/ in .gitignore
- Add wiki/ to disallowed committed directories check
