- branch_rename.php: new CLI tool for Gitea branch rename (create/update PR/delete)
- auto-release.yml: draft PR renames branch to rc, builds RC release
- branch-cleanup.yml: protect rc/alpha/beta from auto-deletion, replace python3
- branch-protection.yml: fix patterns from rc/* to rc (flat branch names)
