b8a282cdbc 
parseManifest() was falling back to the filename (pkg_mokowaas.xml →
pkg_mokowaas) as the element, then typePrefix() prepended another pkg_.
Now uses <packagename> for packages and strips existing type prefixes
from the element before prepending.
