- RepositorySynchronizer defaults to GiteaAdapter
- PlatformAdapterFactory points to git.mokoconsulting.tech
- All plugins reference .gitea/workflows instead of .github/workflows
- push_files.php uses Gitea API
- Common.php REPO URLs updated to Gitea
- sync_dolibarr_readmes.php updated to Gitea URLs
