Task

Update all CI/CD workflow files to reflect the rename.

Scope

  • .gitea/workflows/ — workflow file names, job names, step names
  • Workflow descriptions and comments
  • Any uses: references that point to mokoplatform
  • Artifact names, cache keys, or environment variables referencing mokoplatform
  • Reusable workflow references in other repos
