Update all MCP (Model Context Protocol) server definitions and references.

Scope

  • MCP server config files (.mcp.json, etc.)
  • Server names and descriptions that reference "mokoplatform"
  • Tool descriptions exposed via MCP
  • Any external MCP client configs that point to this repo
