Parent: mokocli #295\n\nCreate a new vault repo with restricted collaborator-only access (NOT org-wide visible) for:\n- Server runbooks\n- Credentials and deployment secrets\n- Infrastructure configs\n- Eyes-only operational docs\n\nMove sensitive content from .mokogitea-private wiki to vault repo.\n.mokogitea-private wiki should only contain member-facing internal docs (architecture decisions, team processes), NOT credentials.
