Scripts still on legacy CLIApp: automation/bulk_joomla_template.php, automation/bulk_sync.php, automation/push_files.php, automation/repo_cleanup.php, validate/auto_detect_platform.php, validate/check_wiki_health.php, cli/joomla_release.php. Three are excluded from PHPStan. Migrate to CliFramework.
