Summary

The deploy-module.yml workflow template has been updated with:

  • Live deploy target with multi-instance support via LIVE_TARGETS secret
  • Dev/demo host config moved from hardcoded env to vars.*
  • Removed legacy SFTP deploy from update-server.yml and deploy-manual.yml

Remaining work

  • Update wiki with deploy workflow documentation
  • Update deploy-sftp.php CLI to support --env demo and --env live
  • Test live deploy with actual LIVE_TARGETS secret
  • Sync updated deploy-module.yml to MokoDoli repos
