Update targetplatform version regex from 5.* to (5|6)\..* in both
update.xml and updates.xml so Joomla 6 installations see the

Both files now have correct data:
- element: mokocassiopeia (was templateDetails in update.xml)
- version: 03.06.10 (was 03.06.14/03.08.03)
- download URL: GitHub archive tag zip (no release assets exist)
- Removed placeholder {{...}} tokens from update.xml

Remove vendor/ from .gitignore to fix deploy exclusion

The vendor/ rule causes deploy workflows to skip media/vendor/
files (FA7, bootstrap-toc). This repo has no Composer vendor
directory — Composer only runs in /tmp/mokostandards during CI.

fix: scope vendor/ ignore to root only — unblocks src/media/vendor/ for deploy [skip ci]
...
vendor/ was matching ALL vendor directories at any depth, preventing
src/media/vendor/ (Joomla core JS/CSS libs) from being tracked/deployed.
Changed to /vendor/ to only ignore the root Composer vendor directory.

Adds Bootstrap-style HTML test page for visual CSS variable reference, and a
PHP sync utility that detects missing variables in user custom palettes and
injects them on upgrade.
