Jonathan Miller 4302543854 Fix update.xml and updates.xml for v03.06.10 release ...

Both files now have correct data:
- element: mokocassiopeia (was templateDetails in update.xml)
- version: 03.06.10 (was 03.06.14/03.08.03)
- download URL: GitHub archive tag zip (no release assets exist)
- Removed placeholder {{...}} tokens from update.xml
