The repo Settings -> Metadata page showed Organization as a read-only "Derived from the org profile" field. It is redundant (org is always derived from the repo owner), so remove it entirely from the page. The DerivedOrgName model method stays (the API still derives org on read). Cherry-picked from the MokoGIT rebrand branch. See #771.
