Two org-wiki bugs on prod:

1. Nav doubling - view.tmpl rendered both org/header (which already includes org/menu) and org/menu, so the org navigation bar showed twice. Removed the redundant org/menu include (matches every other org page).
2. Broken subpage links - wiki content rendered with a RepoFile context, so intra-wiki links pointed at /{owner}/{repo}/src/branch/main/PATH (repo file browser, missing .md -> 404). Now rewritten to /{owner}/-/wiki/PATH for content/sidebar/footer, which also hides the underlying .mokogit(-private) wiki repo name.
3. Reworded empty-state hint to public/members-only wording.
