Jonathan Miller eaa9a07085 fix: LastRunStartedAt → LastRun, CurrentRefSubURL → CurrentRefPath

- gocron v2.19.1 uses LastRun() not LastRunStartedAt()
- renderhelper.RepoFileOptions uses CurrentRefPath not CurrentRefSubURL
