chore: promote changelog [Unreleased] → [01.33.00]

Select two backups and compare side-by-side:
- AjaxController::compareBackups() returns metadata + deltas
- Compare toolbar button (requires 2 checkboxes)
- Modal shows size, files, tables, duration differences
