Details

ci: rename moko-platform->mokocli in workflow paths/tags (bridge-safe; clone URLs preserved)

Renames /opt & /tmp paths, INGROUP/REPO header tags, and prose from moko-platform/mokoplatform
to mokocli in shared workflows. /opt/moko-platform is a symlink to /opt/mokocli so this is
non-breaking. Clone-source .git URLs are intentionally preserved (external mirror naming to be
verified at the forge-rebrand deploy). Manifest schema + Go parser rename staged separately.
