feat: replace enterprise templates with MCP-specific issue templates 45ba6dbede 
Remove enterprise_support.md and firewall-request.md (misplaced from
enterprise repos). Add MCP-specific templates:

- mcp_tool_request.md — request new MCP tools with API endpoint details
- mcp_connection_issue.md — report connection/auth/TLS issues
- mcp_api_integration.md — request new REST API integrations
